Small is beautiful

Apart from the usual 1/32 scale cars we also race their smaller 1/64th cousins several times a year. They run on a separate track and, because of the smaller size, we are able to construct some very long and complex layouts.
H:O is generally more popular in the USA than the UK but there is a growing band of enthusiasts for the scale in this country. There is a well established National Championship for them and Mussel Bay usually hosts a round each year.

There is even a 24 hour H:O Le Mans race held every year at the Derby Club. Take a look here and be amazed.
H:O cars retain their magnatraction and are exceedingly quick. There is an absoutely enormous selection of cars available and they are very cheap, with the average car costing less than £10. As with all our classes the club has several loan cars available if you wish to try them out before purchasing cars of your own.
